**About The Role**

In this role, you’ll be collaborating with engineers, architects, designers, and the construction team to ensure all components of the project have been accounted for and coordinated. To be successful you’ll need proficiency with Microsoft Office, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage, estimate, and track budgets and contract documents. If you’re confident in reading blueprints and have the ability to problem-solve and manage your time, you’ll excel in this role.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to learn, interpret and read designer and architectural specifications and blueprints.
- Over 3 years of proven project management success managing residential construction projects.
- Experience with design-build, lump sum, and construction contracts.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- In-Depth understanding of construction procedures, and materials.
- We are interested in talking with people who have senior-level experience to find a fit with them.
