**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to enhance our team in the role of **Production Associate in one of our Production Departments.**

Applicants must be based locally and able to commute to the Oakville/Mississauga border.

**Hours**:

- **1st Shift**: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- **
2nd Shift**: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading and unloading garments onto machines for production in a fast paced environment
- Checking work orders and counting garments at the end of the dryer for damages or issues
- Reporting any damages or print issues including, but not limited to misalignment and print quality
- Follow instructions and production schedules and adhere to all standard operating procedures and meet expected production goals.
- Perform a visual inspection of garments to maintain quality assurance and an acceptable defect rate.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for a full 8- hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work without supervision
- Positive attitude, motivated, and professional
- English communication skills (verbal) are required
