We are looking for a **Scheduling Manager**to join our dynamic Operations Team.

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for effectively and efficiently scheduling our client engagements. This new and unique role will use strong project management skills to help us launch our new scheduling software, meet our client needs and use the right people on every file.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Scheduling Assurance Engagements**
- Work closely with our managers to understand and meet their clients' needs while providing an outstanding client experience and maintaining strong relationships.
- Schedule jobs based on priorities set by the managers/partners and the appropriate skill level of the staff.
- Monitor, adjust and ensure staff schedules reflect their work real time.
- Manage the skillset database for all professionals and manage new work to allocate resources strategically.
- Actively analyze the current staffing levels to provide insights that help our team plan, develop and hire staff to meet our needs.
- Proactively monitor work and schedules to identify inconsistencies, gaps and conflicts and determine a plan of action to resolve any issues.

**Client Administration**
- Coordinate with the client engagement administration team to ensure client documentation is complete to ensure the start of work according to client deadlines
- Maintain partner and manager client list assignments
