Labor Coordinator

**Job Description**:
More specifically, the person ensures that:

- Perform weekly warehouse workforce planning in accordance with the collective agreement
- Ensure the visibility of projected labor needs by activity sector
- Update department documentation and procedures
- Process employee vacation and absence requests
- Follow up on disability and OH&S files
- Management of the process of posting unionized positions internally
- Participate in the integration of new employees
- Manage overtime
- Perform certain analysis for the department
- Perform various validations in the time management system
- Responsible for closing the payroll period for facility union members
- Know how to develop and keep the performance indicators of the department up to date
- Participate and supervise the development of department projects

**Requirements**:

- Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Holds a University Degree or the equivalent
- Knowledge of Kronos and Workday an asset
- Confidentiality of employee personal files
- Able to work under pressure
- Competence in terms of employee service
- Schedule from Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40h/week)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
