Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Core Ancillary Products Manager**, to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Core Ancillary Products Manager will be responsible for driving best-in-class revenue generation across flair’s portfolio of core-owned products, including bags, bundles, allocated seating, priority boarding, and more. This will include management of product design, pricing, and coordinating with stakeholders across the business to maximize trading performance for each revenue stream
The Core Ancillary Products Manager will be based out of Vancouver, BC (YVR) or Edmonton, AB (YEG) and some travel may be required.
**Primary Job Functions**:
The primary responsibility will be ownership of revenue generation from core ancillary products and driving higher revenue per passenger to meet flair’s targets. This will include:
- Ensure flair’s ancillary products are relevant and attractive to the market.
- Maximize revenue generation from each product by optimizing pricing. This will require close cooperation with data science team members to deliver constant optimization and increasingly sophisticated pricing methodologies.
- Consistent management of trading performance for each product and working with stakeholders across the Commercial team and wider business to harness opportunities and address any shortfalls.
- Close collaboration with digital product owners to ensure the best positioning of each ancillary product in the booking flow and throughout the customer journey to maximize upsell.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to optimize messaging and customer communication to drive higher attach rates for each product.

- Core ancillary revenue per passenger
**Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety and actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program;
- Conduct assigned tasks and corrective actions
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Commercially driven and able to transform data and ideas into concrete product and pricing decisions
- Able to see opportunities and challenge the status quo
- Proactive with a high sense of ownership
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver results
- Able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines in an environment with a high volume of activity
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- At least three years of experience in commercial roles. Experience in ancillary revenue or product management roles in the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
