**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- You will put together the whole narrative of what the project encompasses for review by the team, contact vendors or other individuals to discuss and resolve issues.

You will be asked to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documents to prepare your estimate, digging deep into the project to compute all cost factors.

You will be required to meet deadlines set by the team and to keep the confidences of the company.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- First and foremost - we want passionate, keen individuals who like a challenge.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound knowledge of software with a mandatory proficiency in MS Office and must be able to read drawings and specifications. Revit knowledge will be as asset.
