Catering Supervisor

Retro Suites and Chilled Cork is raising the bar when it comes to guest service, events, catering, restaurants and entertainment. We've tapped into our nostalgic vibes to redefine social experiences within Chatham-Kent. We’re more than meets the eye. Our Events + Catering department accommodates weddings, festivals, food truck events, corporate events, gathering for celebration of life, birthday parties, special occasions, off-site catering, live entertainment events and more.

As Floor Captain you become the face and voice of all things Retro and Cork for our vendors, guests and clients. Our Event Specialists will carefully and thoroughly get you caught up to speed on all the details needed to successfully facilitate the event.

This position is mainly weekends

This position does require a valid licence and reliable vehicle

This position does require you to close events on a regular basis

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatham-Kent, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (required)
- banquet serving: 1 year (required)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- catering: 1 year (required)
