About Tiny Town:
Tiny Town Children’s Discovery Centre is an indoor play facility for children between the ages of 0-6. Tiny Town is an amazing little village for children to learn, grow and most importantly play Your job as a Play Ambassador will be to ensure the playing never stops and help our business grow.

**Play Ambassador’s Responsibilities**:

- _Daily Operations:_ Monitor operations ensuring a clean, safe, stocked, and welcoming facility for visitors and staff.
- _Safety and Cleanliness: _Conduct regular inspections of play areas and equipment to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for all.
- _Event Coordination: _Organize, set up, supervise, and clean up after birthday parties, special events, and field trips held at Tiny Town.
- _Financial Management:_ Process payments and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- _Problem-Solving:_ Report facility or equipment issues promptly and resolve customer conflicts to maintain a positive experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to quality and documentation.
- Upbeat, positive, team-oriented, and engaging personality.
- Effective communication, including phone skills and active listening.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems preferred.
- Prior experience, especially in a similar industry, is an asset.
- Clean criminal record.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.

Pay: From $17.30 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
