We’re a fast-growing real estate media and marketing company passionate about storytelling, clean aesthetics, and creating content that sells homes _and_ builds personal brands. Our content goes beyond walkthroughs — we create lifestyle-driven, cinematic, and social-ready visuals that help agents and developers stand out in a competitive market.

**What You’ll Do**

Capture high-quality real estate videos, including:

- Lifestyle Property tours (interior & exterior)
- Agent lifestyle shoots
- Community/neighbourhood b-roll
- Reels and short-form content for social media
- Post-production responsibilities:

- Edit footage into compelling videos using music, transitions, and branding
- Deliver vertical and horizontal cuts optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Incorporate client feedback for revisions

Collaborate with agents, marketing team, and creatives on shoot schedules and visual direction.

**Who You Are**

Passionate about videography and visual storytelling
Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you'll work closely with realtors and homeowners)
Up-to-date with real estate trends and social media video best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and drones
- Own your own gear (camera, audio, lighting, stabilizers — specify what's needed)
- Portfolio of past real estate or commercial work

**Nice to Have**
- Drone pilot certification (Basic or Advanced)
- Photography skills (listing photos, headshots)
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Canva animations)
- Familiarity with real estate platforms (MLS, social media content strategy)

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
