**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Management of accounting staff and functions
- Support Manager’s inquiries for accounting, schedules, financial statements, gross profit discrepancies, etc
- Implement policies and procedures relating to all departments
- Strong leadership and management encompassing our core values
- Utilize innovative skills maintaining and improving efficiencies
- Provide valuable support to our operations team and dealerships

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Required to have 8-10 years of Dealership Accounting experience
- University degree or College Diploma in Accounting
- CDK or other Dealership Accounting Software experience is required
- Strong understanding of Dealership accounting processes
- Experience with Google Applications
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Experience banking with TD is an asset
- Experience with multiple vehicle brands is an asset
