**Responsibilities**
- Operate boom trucks and cranes safely and efficiently to transport materials as directed.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew members to ensure precise lifting and placement of loads.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on rigging equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including load weights and equipment usage.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating boom trucks and cranes; roofing projects experience a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Strong communication with clients and team members.
- Reliability and punctuality in all aspects
- Experience operating forklifts is an advantage for material handling tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
