**SUMMARY**:
The Operations & Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Bodycomp Imaging's client-facing activities while driving revenue growth in collaboration with the Operations Manager. This multifaceted position encompasses client relationship management, facility operations, business development, and project management to support the company's mission of empowering clients with actionable insights into their body composition.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate closely with leadership to facilitate key projects.
- Provide exemplary client care and service, actively seeking feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including follow-ups and rescheduling as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and facilitate new bookings.
- Serve as the primary contact for facility operations, overseeing supplies and maintenance coordination.
- Assist in setting up display booths and establishing temporary or new locations.
- Support the creation and review of marketing materials, both digital and print.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, engaging in various sales activities and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to business growth projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in business, health sciences, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, operations, and sales.
- Proven track record in driving business growth through sales activities.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Dedication to team leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and support.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google G Suite, Bookeo, and Canva; adaptable to learning new technical skills as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
