Reporting directly to the **Regional Director**, you will **work closely** with Ram Doors **owners**, **Upper Management**, and our team members in both locations to advise, manage, and grow the business. You will be a key member of Ram Doors team.

**Our General Manager - Metcalfe & Ottawa Greater Area Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company and grow the business
- Ensure standard operating and sales procedures are properly implemented and followed
- Identify improvement and business opportunities
- Build and carefully monitor business plans and key business and financial KPI
- Handle monthly financial statements review with all stakeholders
- Coach, support and develop colleagues and peers
- Ensure cultural and business alignment with the garage doors’ manufacturer
- Accountable for best practices in terms of health and safety in all the locations in the area
- Accountable for the customer experience

**The Profile of the General Manager - Metcalfe & Ottawa Greater Area We Are Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration OR any other relevant combination of work and academic background
- Experience in the construction and/or the retail industry: 5+ years
- Capacity to positively influence the organization
- Very good organizational skills
- Hard-working and dependable
- Outstanding positive leadership skills
- Versatile with technology
- Exposed to lean manufacturing and lean certification: An asset
