**Responsibilities**
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Quoting Print Jobs and ensuring all cost have been captured
- Creating Work Order with all job specifications, making sure that all necessary information is on hand
- Scheduling to ensure requirements and timelines are met
- Use of CRM software to track orders and customer accounts
- Maintain clean work area
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, replenishing as needed.
- Assist with packaging of printed materials as required
- Invoicing Print jobs when finished

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Experience working in a printing production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with printing techniques, printing equipment, and materials is a plus.
- Comfortable in noisy conditions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an advantage.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
