**Pay Rate**: $21.30hour to start

**Shift Premium**: $1.00/hour for midnight shift

**Overtime**:

- 1.5 x hourly rate after 38.33 hours in a work week
- 2.0 x hourly rate after 46 hours in a work week

Positions within the Logistics department fall into FIO’s skill based pay program. This program rewards team members that have acquired certain skills within their job and a premium percentage is then added to their hourly base rate.

**Skill Based Premium**

Level 1 - Certified forklift and performing the job at least 80% of the time = 2.5% premium on base rate of pay

Level 2 - An additional 2.5% increase on the base rate of pay will be given once the job tasks have been performed for a minimum of 12 months.

**Position**: Logistics Team Member

**Reports to**: Logistics Group Leader

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Must be proficient in all aspects of the Logistics Team Member.
- Conduct communication meetings at shift meetings.
- Performs all PC Logistic roles, understands the purpose of each role and assists in the training of new Team Members.
- Report daily on issues affecting PC operations.
- Provide continuous support to Team Members, while acting and carrying out duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Investigate and provide follow-up to Team Member’s issues and concerns.
- Support flexible work schedules i.e., “daily overtime,” including reporting to work early and staying late as required to support startup and overtime periods.
- Provide support and maintain “5S” and FIFO Standards in PC areas.
- Where possible, provide support in assisting Team Member with continuous improvement ideas.
- Operates zoom boom as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- One year of experience within FIO Logistics department.
- WHMIS and TDG Trained.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Excellent work record including work performance, attendance etc.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities including leading by example, exceeding standard work requirements, actively contributes to continuous improvements.
- Works collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills including written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, able to complete tasks in allotted time.
- Sound judgment in decision making and establishing priorities.

Pay: From $21.30 per hour
