Le groupe IMS dont fait partie les Aciers SOFATECH œuvre dans la transformation des métaux depuis plus de 20 ans. Située à Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, elle est à la recherche d’un **Contrôleur financier.**

Relevant de la directrice des services administratifs, vous serez **la référence administrative sur le site** auprès de tous les employés sur les questions financières.

De façon spécifique, vous aurez à:

- Maintenir un système de comptabilité selon les pratiques comptables reconnues et dans le respect des politiques de l’entreprise
- Préparer et analyser des états financiers mensuels
- Présenter les informations financières à la directrice des services financiers et administratifs et la conseiller sur divers volets comptables
- Participer au processus de fermeture comptable et préparer les dossiers de fin d’année pour le cabinet comptable
- Participer aux activités du cycle comptable complet de l’entreprise (trésorerie, payables, paie, recevable, inventaire, etc.)
- Soutenir le personnel sous votre responsabilité
- Coordonner le processus de planification financière et participer à l'élaboration du budget, en plus d’en faire l'analyse.
- Faire l’analyse des dépenses, coût de revient et assister la directrice des services administratifs dans la gestion financière de l’organisation
- Assurer les communications avec les partenaires internes et externes de l’entreprise, dont les institutions bancaires, auditeurs externes, entités gouvernementales
- Optimiser les processus comptables: analyse et revue des méthodes de travail actuelles afin de les améliorer
- Supporter la direction et le personnel pour l’analyse et le traitement de l’information financière
- Toute autre tâche connexe à la fonction finance

Exigences:

- Membre en règle de l’Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec
- CPA OU CANDIDAT à la PROFESSION OU PLUSIEURS ANNÉES d'EXPÉRIENCE EN COMPTABILITÉ
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou autre diplôme universitaire pertinent
- Expérience pertinente en entreprise privée / manufacturière
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Langue francais et anglais
