- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to enhance repair techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for diagnosing mechanical issues accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
- A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
