Big City Windows is looking for 3 experienced **Door-to-Door Team Leaders** to drive success in our Appointment-Setting team If you have a **reliable vehicle**, a **strong background in door-to-door sales**, and the leadership skills to **train and motivate** a high-performing team, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:
Be the **pace-setter** for your team, leading by example in the field.
**Train and mentor** Appointment Setters, helping them refine their pitch.
Work within an assigned **coverage area** with your team.
Transport your assigned Appointment Setters and oversee their performance.
Ensure quality **appointments are booked** for our designers.

**What You Need**:
✔ **Proven success as a top-performing Appointment Setter**—this role requires **leading by example**.
✔ **Door-to-door sales experience** (must have).
✔ **Proven experience working in a 100% commission-based environment**.
✔ A **reliable vehicle** and a valid driver’s license.
✔ Strong **leadership and coaching** abilities.
✔ A positive, **motivating attitude** to drive team success.
✔ A mindset that thrives in a **results-oriented environment**.

Pay: $98,238.00-$102,334.00 per year
