Shuttle Driver

Gyro Auto Group is hiring a **Shuttle Driver **whowill be responsible for driving customers to their preferred destination, while their vehicle is in for service and for assisting with lot attendant duties during slow periods while working alongside our service team.

Shuttle drivers play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transportation experiences for dealership customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Automotive Dealership experience is an asset.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driver's abstract.
- Must be familiar with the Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transporting Customers - transport customers to and from the dealership, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey
- Providing Customer Service - may need to assist customers with loading and unloading luggage or other items, as well as providing basic information about dealership services
- Maintaining Vehicle - responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including regular cleaning, fueling, ensuring dashcam is operational
- Adhering to Safety Regulations - Safety is paramount; shuttle drivers must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as dealership policies
- Assisting with Other Tasks - Depending on the dealership's needs, shuttle drivers may also be asked to assist with other duties such as running errands, and transporting vehicles between locations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Required to hold a full valid Driver’s License in the province
- Required to provide a reasonably clean Driver’s Record (Abstract) free of suspensions
- Required to provide a clear criminal record check

- Physically fit and able to occasionally lift approx. 40 lbs
