EMCOM Construction Ltd. is a privately owned Canadian Company that provides exceptional customer service and treats their employees with respect.

The **experienced apprentice **will maintain cleanliness and organization in the yard/shop area and routine maintenance operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Working a long side a certified licensed mechanic
- Have to be registered & working towards 310T Certification license
- Proven mechanical abilities including schematics & diagnostics
- Ability to set goals and manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
- Detail oriented with a focus on putting safety first
- A positive attitude, team player and motivator
- Effective interpersonal skills, values and ethics, organized, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, judgement of character and flexibility
- Working as a member of the team by assisting other members when required
- Consistently perform quality work
- **Must have own tools & maintain personal tools**:

- **Use of Skid Steer and/or Backhoe an asset**:

- **Daily Housekeeping required, indoor and outdoor maintenance**:

- **Excellent punctuality and attendance**

**Responsibilities**
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Follow policies & procedures
- Work safely under Fleet Management using directed PPE
