This is a full time position (35 hours per week) with benefits and includes a minimum of 2 evening shifts (to 8 pm) per week. This position must be available to deliver in person services. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or eligible exemption pursuant to the Human Rights Code is required.
- Master degree in Social Worker or equivalent area of study **_preferred_**:

- 3+ years of experience **_preferred _**:

- Excellent public education skills including presenting to small/large groups and superior verbal and written communication skills
- Skill and experience in providing group facilitation
- Proven training skills and curriculum development experience
- Demonstrated ability in project management and community development
- Experience in event planning
- Experience and training in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
- Excellent public relations skills including superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers
- Experience conducting community-based research
- Strong organizational and time management skills
