**Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law Clerk/Assistant (2 positions)**

Our client is hiring for 2 positions:

- An experienced Commercial Transaction and Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk/Assistant, and
- An experienced Residential Real Estate Law Clerk/Assistant

**Must have qualifications include**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- High computer proficiency including **Acrobat Adobe Pro, Teraview, PCLaw and Microsoft Office **suite.
- Ability to work in an environment where discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative when appropriate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Legal support with respect to all commercial and/or residential real estate matters. Document drafting, file intake, client communication. Experience with asset and share purchases/sales and bank financing is an asset.

This is a full-time position offering:

- Hybrid working model, i.e., 2 days in office and 3 days from home
- Monthly travel allowance

Compensation includes base salary, benefits and vacation.
