Upanup is looking for an entry-level, full-time permanent Project Management Assistant to help support our Strategists in coordinating and executing various project management tasks with regards to web development projects. We are looking for someone who brings a passion for client interaction along with a positive demeanour to this position. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with strategists, clients, developers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

**What will you do on the job?**

The Project Management Assistant will work within a team that has diverse involvement in website development projects, reporting to the Strategy Director. Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Strategists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of web development projects from initiation to completion.
- Helping to maintain project documentation, including project briefs, timelines, change requests, etc. to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the duration of the project.
- Assisting with quality assurance testing and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Providing administrative support to the Strategy team, including scheduling meetings, preparing for presentations/meetings, and managing project-related correspondence.
- Progressively assume greater responsibility by managing small client projects or tasks independently.

**What education or experience is required?**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer service position is important as this person must enjoy working with and communicating with clients on a daily basis.

**What can you expect from an employment agreement?**
- Permanent full-time, entry-level position, with health benefits starting after three months.
- Starting with three weeks of paid vacation.
- Paid personal wellness days.
- Starting salary of $48,500 to $55,000 commensurate with years of relevant experience.

Our team currently embraces a hybrid framework that includes working in an office for at least 8 hours per week, where we benefit from the social interactions and efficiencies of seeing people face-to-face. Employees can choose the amount they would like to work from home for the remaining hours each week.
