**Serpa Motorsports is looking for a Parts Advisor to help with our growing business (Yamaha and Suzuki OEM, but servicing and makes and models)**
- Serpa Motorsports is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Parts Advisor. Motorcycle/ Powersports experience is beneficial, but welcoming all Parts Department experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting the Parts Manager with the overall success of the parts department.
- They are also responsible for providing exceptional customer service for both retail & wholesale sales, accessories sales and finally ensuring the stocked parts in the department are well organized and available for our technicians.
- Promotional parts program/recall parts via Yamaha/Suzuki must also be maintained, ensuring the service department is always properly stocked with the necessary parts with the right priority in order to meet our company objectives of ensuring top quality service to our clients.
- The Serpa name has a 27-year track record of providing the industry’s best customer service and developing a reputation that is based on trust, a firm bond between us and our clients who over the years return for additional vehicles and refer friends and family, due to their Serpa experience.
