Vaughan Investigations is offering full and part time positions in the field of Loss Prevention. Full training is provided. Vaughan Investigations is an industry leader in the field of Loss Prevention and carefully selects and develops highly effective professionals. Due to a high volume of exposure to retail crime, this position is demanding yet the experience is rewarding should your career interests be within the justice field.

Description:

- The detection, apprehension, detention and processing of shoplifters
- Surveillance of employees under investigation
- Report composition
- Court appearance/testimony
- Travel to a large number of retail stores within Edmonton

Qualifications:

- Post secondary with a focus on Criminal Justice is an asset
- Loss prevention license through the Alberta Solicitor General is an asset
- Honesty and integrity
- Excellent Observational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organizational skills
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to deal with high stressful situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
