**Financial Analyst**
Reporting to the Senior Director BP&A and Treasury, the Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely provision to management of financial information and analysis.

**Day to Day**
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting
- Provide profitability analysis and pricing in collaboration with sales members
- Prepare and analyze forecasts, annual and strategic planning by business lines
- Develop analytical tools and reports that will assist management in decision-making
- Develop processes to enhance reporting effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare ad-hoc modeling on business scenarios from various stakeholders
- Special projects and other duties as requested

**Essentials**
- Minimum 3 years analytical experience with financial designation (or working towards)
- CPA/CMA/CGA preferred
- Advanced technical knowledge working with Excel and working knowledge of Hyperion and Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Results oriented and analytical thinking - high sense of ownership
- Superior organization, prioritizationExcellent problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers
of financial performance
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with collaboration tools that support virtual and in-person meetings
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
