**Pharmacy Support**

Our Infusion Pharmacy team is seeking a Pharmacy Support position Working with the pharmacy’s compounding, intake and specialty teams in one of our largest infusion pharmacy locations, you will contribute to the provision of a multitude of high complexity specialty medications to our homecare patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supplying the clean room staff with the ingredients and the supplies that are required for each mixture
- Responsible for making accurate Pharmacy Dilution Calculations and Solution Mixture calculations on the mixture worksheet
- Responsible for labelling the final containers and packing and getting orders ready for delivery
- Prioritize the workload based on the timelines set for each geographical area and as set by the contractual obligations for each area
- Support the pharmacist during the final check time
- Receive and place orders of medications, solutions and supplies on the shelves
- Pick and pack infusion pumps in order to ensure safety during delivery
- Pack coolers as instructed in order to maintain Cold Chain and based on the requirements of each contract
- Inspect and test Infusion pumps and document results
- Organize and maintain the work area inside and outside the clean room
- Clean and maintain all the containers and bins that are used to carry orders inside the clean room
- Report issue/delays related to production
