Is brightening someone’s day important to you? **Clarington Hyundai** is seeking a full time Receptionist that is professional, outgoing, and energetic. Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for many of our customers and has the first chance to make a great impression. If you are organized, patient and understand what’s required to create great customer experiences, are interested in a busy, high-energy, fun work environment with a great team of employees and wonderful customers then we’d like to hear from you
- Warmly greet all persons entering the Showroom and direct them to the proper department; notify the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customer to a Salesperson or Service Advisor
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner within two rings and striving to minimize the time they are put on hold (no more than 30 seconds)
- Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries (directions, hours etc)
- General office/admin duties
- Keep available all emergency response information, plans and telephone numbers

**WE REQUIRE**
- 2 years receptionist experience or job equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Vehicle licensing experience is an asset
- Previous dealership experience would be an asset
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong initiative, enthusiasm, high energy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
