**Overview**
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized **Concierge** to join our community. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a compassionate attitude toward seniors, and experience with administrative and basic accounting duties.

The Concierge plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, maintaining a professional reception area, and assisting with clerical tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the care community.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette.
- Provide accurate information regarding community services, resident activities, visiting hours, and local amenities.
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and processing payments as directed.
- Coordinate with nursing, recreation, and management teams to address resident or family inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the reception and front entrance areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
- Handle concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all privacy and safety policies within the LTC home.
- Support other departments with administrative or clerical needs as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or reception—experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting or bookkeeping software is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and respect for seniors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
