Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agent with the following tasks:
Update and manage client in a CRM

Dealing with clients administratively as needed

Manage Calendar

Digital File Management

Prep Occasional Offers

Order photos, measurements, videos, and signs for new listings

Mail out support

Lead management

Event planning support

Coordinating client gifts

Take forwarded calls on occasion

Newsletter support

Manage nurture systems

Social media support

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for an administratively gifted person that understands how to work in a fast paced environment.

This person would have pride in solving problems and working fast.

Having real estate or service industry experience is preferred but we will interview other talented self-learners too.

Must know how to deal with all types of people and be a calming yet assertive personality

Has boundaries but is ok with random calls when needed.

Must be fluent in English. Written and spoken.

**Hours **18-24 hours a week with room to grow.

**Wage **$21-25.50 per hour

**Start Date**: ASAP but will wait 2 weeks if you need to give notice.

**Location**: Must be available to work in our office. Hybrid remote work from home a possibility.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.25-$25.40 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
