**Sweetie Pie is looking for a Baking Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON.**

**Baking Manager Job Description**:
Are you a baker with management experience? Or looking to gain experience running a bakery? Sweetie Pie is has an exciting opportunity for a retail manager with baking skills to come a board. The store manager will be in charge of the store front and must have barista experience. You will manage par levels, quality control, and will train the front of house staff. We are looking for enthusiastic sales driven managers, who are friendly and excel at customer services.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years management or supervisor level experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Baking experience and proficient in the kitchen
- Outgoing and understands the importance of the customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software / Google Sheets/ Docs.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- Baking products for sale
- Training front of house staff
- All Front of house duties including sales and barista
- Management of staff performance, administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling, inventory)
- Open availability (evenings and weekends)

This position is available immediately.

Starting salary is $18 plus tips however is negotiable for those with both baking and management experience.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
