**What You’ll Do**

Lead daily operations by assigning tasks, inspecting work, and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards.

Train and mentor housekeeping associates on proper techniques, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.

Conduct detailed room inspections (vacant/occupied) to verify cleanliness, maintenance needs, and amenity replenishment.

Step in as needed—deep clean rooms, assist with associate needs, or cover shifts during call-outs.

Partner with Maintenance to prioritize repairs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Coordinate with Front Office to manage room statuses, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.

Oversee lost & found procedures—document, store, and return items per policy.

Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; assist with placing orders.

Enforce safety compliance—proper chemical use, equipment handling, and incident reporting.

Motivate your team through daily huddles, recognition, and constructive feedback.

Adapt communication styles to support associates from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Problem-solve proactively—address guest concerns promptly and implement preventive measures.

Other related duties as assigned.

**How You Excel**

1+ year of room attendant experience (supervisory experience as an asset).

Exceptional guest service skills and attention to detail.

Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.

Passion for mentoring teams and creating flawless guest experiences.

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
