**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the luxury roofing and cladding market.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and property owners.
- Present and promote our range of high-quality roofing and cladding materials, including copper, zinc, lead, and slate.
- Provide expert advice on material selection, installation processes, and project timelines.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the roofing, cladding, or construction industry, preferably with high-end or luxury projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, particularly metals such as copper, zinc, lead, and premium materials like slate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Established network within the construction, architectural, or high-end residential sectors.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
