**Summary**:
We are seeking a **Project Manager / Pipe Fitter** to join our team. This dual role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with hands-on mechanical expertise.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee industrial air compressor mechanical installation projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret drawings or blueprints to determine and design layout requirements.
- Provide detailed scope of work to help quote the projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Prepare and submit TSSA documentation for all pressure piping projects
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure project requirements are met through out the project cycle
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
- Step into the field as needed to support and complete mechanical installations in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Pipe Fitter with proven experience in mechanical installations (TSSA certification preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance office and field responsibilities effectively
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple projects
- Knowledge of industrial air compressor systems an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
