**Some of what you will do**:
The Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and supporting the Sales and Retail Business Development communication material that drive sales and profit goals in Retail. They will provide business support to internal and external stakeholders that support strategic initiatives, sales plans, and building associate knowledge in stores. The Specialist will coordinate project deployments, including communication, training and change management strategies for Services, Ecosystem and Sales initiatives.

**Specifically, You Will**:
**Retail and Services Operations & Business Development**:

- Support & implement solutions that ensure associates deliver on business flawless fundamentals that drive sales growth
- Participates in & supports cross-functional teams that aim to resolve key business challenges & opportunities
- Creates effective communication, training, tools and resources that drive store associate awareness & execution

**Program Development and Evolution**
- Assist with the successful creation, implementation, and ongoing support of Services, Ecosystem and Sales programs and processes
- Partner in the creation of Learning & Development strategies related to Services, Ecosystem, and Sales operational processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, pilot, maintain, and update business support tools as required (i.e., solutionbuilder, achievement tracker) for Services, Ecosystem and Sales Development programs

**Associate Learning & Execution**:

- Support & provide feedback on learning strategies that focus on associate selling skills & behaviours that drive average order value & incremental margin
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on associate onboarding, ensuring documentation is relevant on an ongoing basis

**Business Support (Analytics & Reporting)**
- Measure and report key business data
- Assists in the development of Operational & project related reporting
- Prepare business presentations to summarize business efforts & business performance

**Some of what you need**:
**Education**:

- Post Secondary Education

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years experience in related field
- Thorough experience with retail sales and operations

**Knowledge / Skill Requirements**:

- High technology acumen
- Knowledge in process mapping
- Strong communication skills
- Planning & Organizing skill
