We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optical/Optometric Assistant to join our team. This position involves checking in patients at reception, appointment booking, assisting with eyewear retail, assisting with frames selection and adjustments, computing and verifying orders, managing patient records, pre-testing and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office. Experience in optical sales is **required.**

We are currently hiring for part-time and/or full time ranging from 3-5 days a week, including short Saturdays (10:30am-3pm).

**Responsibilities**
- Assist optometrists with patient examinations and procedures
- Manage electronic medical records efficiently
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout their visit
- Handle front desk operations, including scheduling appointments
- Educate patients on optical products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Stay updated on medical terminology and optical advancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
