Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, you will support the team with a range of marketing, design and promotional activities for ECO Canada’s products and services. This position requires some previous experience in key areas including graphic design, digital advertising, motion graphics, video creation and more.

While each member of ECO Canada has individual responsibilities, ECO takes a team-based approach. Everyone is encouraged to take ownership of his/her ideas and to see them through to completion, collaborating with key influencers as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop graphics, ads and other visual content for program promotion and awareness
- Create promotional marketing campaigns and develop collateral
- Create motion graphics and content for YouTube and other social platforms
- Assist with creatives for and set up of digital advertising campaigns for paid search and social ad platforms
- Ad hoc marketing, communications and administrative support as needed.
- Supporting a variety of internal and external stakeholders with design services
- Ensuring that all forms of external communications and marketing collateral is ECO branded

**Qualifications and Education**

**Qualifications**:

- Technical aptitude for working in multiple software programs and systems
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with teams and develop collaborative working relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical business conduct
- Strong interest in the environmental sector

Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in the field of graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Excellent visual design ability and knowledge of graphic design principles required
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong emphasis on written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic design required (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content for ECO’s social media platforms
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and within a team environment
- Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver exceptional work

This is a full-time position, with a three-month probationary period upon start date with the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days per week at the Calgary office and the option to work remotely for the remaining 2).
