**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the production team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet company demands
- Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize MRP systems and SAP for effective resource planning and tracking production metrics
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance and sanitization and supply chain teams to enhance overall operational performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role or similar position within the industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in MRP systems and SAP for effective planning and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
