**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Counter Attendant to join our CHICK-N-JOY team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will be responsible for food preparation and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter and dining area to meet sanitation standards.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience with cashiering duties and operating POS systems is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$22.23 per hour
