Overview**:
As an RV Parts Receiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving parts in the warehouse and adding the items to our in-house inventory management system. Duties will also include sorting, storing, and issuing parts and supplies for use by internal staff and RV technicians as well as customers, local pickup, and delivery operations along with other stockroom duties, as necessary.

Reports to: Parts Manager

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr.

Benefits: This position is eligible for participation in the company group benefits plan.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Interact with dealership staff, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses.
- Serve as a link between dealership staff and different departments in the organization.
- Receive parts from shipments into the warehouse.
- Add parts to the in-house inventory management system.
- Locate parts in the warehouse using internal computer system.
- Sort, store and issue parts and supplies for use by internal staff and customers.
- Manage deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Other duties as may be assigned.

Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Expertise in RV Parts or Warehouse role (Knowledge of the RV industry is an asset, specifically an understanding of components and parts).
- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A desire to work in fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors at all times.
- Must have English communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.- A valid driver's license.
