**Type d'emploi**:PermanentUnder the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Lead Hand, leads the Maintenance team; provides oversight and prioritizes all of maintenance activities while executing

inventory control; coordinates daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual PM schedules.

**Specific Accountability**:

- Manages, motivates and develops the employees through regular conversation and follow up, using both written and verbal communication.
- Works in a safe manner and ensures the personal and team adherence of the following, Good Manufacturing Practices, including HACCP, SQF and all other safe food handling requirements.
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager with coordinating and prioritizing contactors and Maintenance activities throughout the plant
- Monitors department vacation and schedules coverage as required to meet the needs of the business
- Maintains company timecard system (Kronos) monitoring start and stop times and ensure correct coding is used for all events.
- Help determine the department’s needs for purchasing and inventory management
- Provide backup coverage for Maintenance Manager with Planning and Scheduling, Procurement and Line support.
- Monitors equipment efficiencies and modify as required any preventive and or predictive maintenance routines to ensure optimal effectiveness of the program.
- Review daily shift logs for accuracy and look for opportunities to improve communication across all shifts.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems and/or assists employees in solving work problems.
- Demonstrates a desire for continuous improvement in all processes.
- Participation in special projects
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Licensed Industrial Journeyman/woman Electrician with minimum 7 years experience.
- Strong interpersonal, team spirit, communication, leadership and participative management skills.
- Strong mechanical and technical ability
- Strong Computer skills
- Knowledge and experience with using CMMS system [ Guide TI ].
- Longer hours or weekend work may be necessary from time to time in order to meet customer requirements. There may be a requirement to modify the weekly work schedule (actual days of work) as business needs dictate.
