Delta Group is a demolition contractor based in Ontario Canada. We have been providing services for demolition and remodeling projects for years. Our goal is to provide a superior level of service to our customers by being prompt and courteous, while delivering a quality product.

Delta Group is looking for qualified DZ Drivers with manual experience to join our growing solid team out of the Halton Region. The DZ driver Delivery/ Loader of construction waste and building materials for curbside pickup of waste/ recycling containers on the assigned route.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily routine vehicle inspection.
- Traps all loaded machines.
- Transporting goods safely to Clients working sites. By following the provided delivery instructions.
- Properly securing goods for transportation to prevent damages and accidents.
- Assisting with loading and unloading.
- Obtaining clients/ attending manger on site after delivery to confirm receipt of delivery.
- Follow safety and facility procedures as required by customers/ suppliers.
- Responsible for safe operation of vehicle including inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips.
- Delivering good to residential and commercial locations
- Accurately tracks daily truck log sheets along with any payments.
- Clean off all material debris from truck, interior and exterior of the truck.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

**Job Requirements**
- Valid DZ driver’s license.
- Minimum 3 years of DZ driving experience required.
- Clean drivers abstract and CVOR required.
- Clean criminal record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dispatch efficiently and read road maps.
- Must be able to work various day shifts including weekends and holidays (if needed).
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
