**Lightspeed Global Hobby Distribution is the leading distributor of hobby and art supplies across US and Canada.**

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.
- Assist in operations as necessary to achieve production goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Management experience required.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Equipment experience preferred.
- Performance metrics experience a plus.
- WMS experience a plus.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a warehouse manager. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Our ideal manager is someone who is constantly seeking improvements to the operation and eager to have a hand in getting there.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9W 5M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
