We are currently in the process of hiring a Maintenance Supervisor/Cleaner for a plaza situated in Toronto. This is a full-time position with work hours scheduled for Monday to Friday on the day shift, with the exact hours yet to be determined.

**Job Details**:

- The primary responsibilities involve outdoor tasks as there is no interior cleaning involved.
- Duties include cleaning underground parking garages, maintaining internal staircases, conducting litter pickup around the plaza's exterior, and addressing property maintenance needs as they arise.
- Ensuring the plaza remains free of hazards is a fundamental aspect of this role.

**Job Requirements**:

- A solid background of 3-5 years in property maintenance is essential.
- A proven track record of 3-5 years as a property superintendent is also required.
- Previous experience in cleaning is a valuable asset.
