Ecolab, the industry leader in water technology is seeking a contract **Production Associate - Cleaning Station Operator** (Contract) to support porta-feed washing and inspection.

**What You Will Do**:

- Inspect exterior of returned containers to ensure in good condition
- Inspect interior to check for any residual materials
- Complete external cleaning cycle using a high pressure washer
- Move porta-feed by forklift or manually to cleaning area for completion of automated inside cleaning cycle
- Remove porta-feed and complete follow up visual inspection
- Ensure porta-feeds are in good condition to be returned for service or set aside for recertification (pressure test/leak test)
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Position Details**:

- ** Plant location**: Burlington (QEW & Brant Street)
- ** Work week and shift**: 40 hours/week scheduled between Monday to Friday, opportunity to work a 4/10 schedule (Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday). Schedule to be determined based on business need.
- ** Contract**: This is a 4 month contract

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience and certification is preferred
- Related experience in an industrial setting is preferred, chemical manufacturing industry experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
- Able to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator when needed
- Able to complete some outdoor activities as required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and TDG training)
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail, good communicator and a strong team player
- Ability to meet physical requirements of position
