**Medcentre Health** is a Canadian Healthcare Company which **provides Patient Care** (eg. Urgent Care & Women's Health Care) and **Develops Health Facilities **(eg. Multi-Specialty Medical Centre & Healthcare Clinics) since 2012.

Medcentre Health is looking for a Management Associate (similar to Business Management Trainee) who starts at entry level and receives training and gets the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Education**:

- **Degree or Diploma in Business, Management** (BCom, BBA) or any related field.
- **Project Management** - Diploma or CAPM preferred
- **Business Analysis** - Diploma or CCBA / ECBA preferred.
- **Digital Marketing** - Diploma or any related certification preferred.

**Experience**:

- **One year** experience in leadership, management, operation, customer service, sales representation, client relations or business development role is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operation & Customer Care **:Manages the Frontline operation of the Clinics like a Customer Care Manager. Handles patient objections and concerns with professionalism, aiming to transform challenges into opportunities for patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Project Management**: Participates in any of our projects and act as a Project coordinator.
- **Accounting**: Use QuickBooks online and update with the CEO on a regular basis. Monitor all the Invoices regarding Expense & Income.
- **Business Analysis**:Using the Business analysis, update the CEO about the company performance on a regular basis.
- **Digital Marketing**:Understand the business environment by analysis, develop strategies and protect brand reputation. Updating the Google Page, Social media posts & editing the webpage.
- **Communication**:Communicating within the team on a regular basis is essential. Should be available, for CEO to contact over the phone, regarding any important company related matters, even after the working hours (But no disturbances at bedtime or when you're on holidays).
- **Strategy Utilization**:Utilize strategic prospecting techniques to cultivate/suggest new business opportunities

**Salary**:

- **$20-$26 per hour ( Based on the efficiency)**
