Nanny/house Manager/early Childhood Educator

**About The Role**

The Nanny/House Manager/Early Childhood Educator will manage all activities for the children’s - programs, play time and educational homework activities. The incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and is comfortable driving on highways back and forth daily. As one child attends school 1 hour away from home. Driving the kids between activities - school pickup/play dates/activities and appointments. Preparing nutritious meals/snacks for the family. Washing, ironing clothing and household linens. Performing housekeeping cleaning duties. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents. Plan and manage family events and schedules. Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties. Be available for travel at a moment’s notice.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible and accountable for tutoring/assisting with homework.
- Needs to closely tend to emotional well-being of children.
- Facilitate the transit of the children to and from school, playdates, activities, and appointments.
- Provide superior supervision skills and care for children before and after school.
- Create a detailed nutritional meal plan, suitable for all family members.
- Organize, activities such as games and outings for children.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Provide regular feedback regarding the children’s educational, social and emotional well-being.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Provide baths, dress, and feed children.
- Prepare children for rest periods.
- Any other reasonable requests.

**Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses**
- Emergency childcare first aid and CPR (required)
- Early Childhood Education (required)

**Experience**
- Proven work experience as a Nanny/Household Manager/Early Childhood Educator or similar role
- Childcare: 10+ years (preferred)
- Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Hours**: 35-50 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

**Work Setting**

The incumbent has the option to live-in at the employer's home and multiple other locations as they travel. Please Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
