Here, we view individual growth as the most important piece of collective growth, and we always welcome new ideas and contributions from anyone within our business.** **As an integral part of the Verde leadership team, the (AGEM) is responsible to**: - **Help to inspire the team to adhere to our Verde Vision Statement** * - "To foster passion and creativity through environmentally sustainable means, committing to a shared vision that delivers an exceptional experience to every guest, every time”_ * - Deliver an exceptional guest experience - Handle computerized cash transactions - Work with the Guest Experience Manager (GEM) and team to meet and exceed monthly retail and service targets - Help plan and attend salon events for our guests - Ensure that client services are completed properly including suggestion of retail products and pre-booking - Assist the GEM in regular inventory procedures for salon supplies and retail products - Maintain salon schematics at both salons ensuring a uniform lookMaintain a clean and organized retail area **Qualifications** - Natural leadership and strong observational, analytical and feedback skills. - Organizational skills - Excellent problem-solving skills, solution oriented, guest oriented - Ability to work under pressure; consistently displaying initiative. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional personal presentation - Attention to detail - Able to take initiative - Reliable Experience in the salon industry would be an asset but not necessary. - We are committed to promoting a fair and equitable selection process and work environment that is inclusive and barrier free.
