- we are looking for a like-minded individual, who has outstanding organizational and time management skills. Our Human Resources Assistant should be reliable and follow instructions accurately by Human Resources Manager whilst multitasking profound HR functions.
**Human Resources Assistant**:
As an assistant of the HRM, you will be involved in multiple HR programs and services with the key responsibilities of administrative functions. These functions include documenting employee records: grievances, termination, appraisals, contracts, and more. You will have the duty to provide payroll information, track employee attendance, and conduct benefits and compensation information.
**HR Assistant Responsibilities**:
- Supports HR Manager by screening, recruiting, and interviewing applicants.
- Prepares payroll by calculating pay, distributing checks, and maintaining payroll records.
- Provides onboarding process for new employees by providing Vitasave’s welcoming package, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and tracking vacation days and sick days.
Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of employee feedback
- Support other functions as assigned
- Completing other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office and Google Suite (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (I.E. ADP).
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
**What we can offer you**:
- $40,000-$50,000 / year depending on experience.
