A service agency specializing in merchandising and in-store marketing is currently seeking a **Merchandising Supervisor** to join its team in the beautiful Scarborough area

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supervise grocery store remodels and coordinate a team of **4 to 12 merchandisers**:

- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance
- Organize schedules, plan store visits, and manage **carpool logistics** for a team of around **40 people**:

- Coordinate the shipment of tools and planograms necessary for project success
- Work closely with the **Metro banner coordinator** to ensure smooth rollouts
- Adjust priorities and resources as needed in the field with precision and agility

**Your Ideal Profile**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a grocery store manager or as a team lead in merchandising
- Own a vehicle and be comfortable with carpooling
- Ability to communicate in **French**, as the head office team is francophone
- Strong computer skills, including **excellent knowledge of Excel**:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
